Two- to three-hour comprehensive assessment
Our Comprehensive Bike Fit & Physical Assessment is our most detailed bike-fitting service, combining an objective off-bike physical assessment with a complete technology-led Dynamic Bike Fit. Before changing your position, we establish how your functional movement, flexibility, strength, stability and previous injuries may influence the way you sit and move on the bike. This allows us to distinguish between limitations created by the bike setup and those arising from the rider’s current physical capabilities. Your final position is developed around how your body actually functions—not simply around standardised angles or an idealised model. This service is particularly suitable for cyclists experiencing persistent or complex discomfort, returning from injury, managing physical restrictions or seeking to optimise a demanding performance or aerodynamic position.

HOW IT WORKS
We begin with a detailed discussion covering your cycling, training volume, goals, injury history and any symptoms or positional concerns.
PHYSICAL ASSESSMENT
Your off-bike assessment may examine:
The findings provide an objective understanding of what your body can currently tolerate and where physical restrictions may be influencing your cycling position.
- Functional ranges of movement
- Hip, knee, ankle and spinal mobility
- Muscular flexibility
- Core and trunk strength
- Stability and movement control
- Posture and movement patterns
- Foot, knee and hip alignment
- Relevant asymmetries or physical restrictions
DYNAMIC BIKE FIT
You will then ride your bike while we assess your movement, joint angles, stability and contact with the bike. Dynamic capture, saddle-pressure mapping and real-time observation are combined with the findings from your physical assessment. Adjustments are made progressively and reassessed while you ride to establish how each change affects comfort, movement and performance.
YOUR BIKE FIT
Depending on your bike, physical assessment and individual requirements, the fit may include:
Any replacement components, custom footbeds, orthotics or other equipment are charged separately.
- Review of your existing riding position
- Shoe and cleat-position assessment
- Foot support, footbeds or cleat shims where required
- Saddle suitability and pressure distribution
- Saddle height, fore-and-aft position and tilt
- Crank-length assessment

- Dynamic reassessment following positional changes
- Final bike-fit measurements
